Joe Scarborough is a former United States congressman, serving from 1994 to 2001. He has also been the co-host of MSNBC's “Morning Joe” since 2007, alongside Mika Brzezinski and Willie Geist. As the first Republican elected in his Florida district since 1873, Scarborough was re-elected three times in landslide victories and served on key committees, including Judiciary, Armed Services, Education, Oversight, and National Security.
