Lynn Boulger is the interim president of College of the Atlantic, where she previously served for fourteen years as Vice President of Institutional Advancement, helping to guide the College through a period of significant institutional growth and philanthropic expansion. Prior to returning to COA, she was Executive Director of the Authors Guild Foundation, where she created the Words, Ideas, and Thinkers Festival in the Berkshires, bringing together nationally recognized writers, artists, and public intellectuals for interdisciplinary conversations and public programming.

Boulger’s career has focused on mission-driven leadership, institutional advancement, and building meaningful connections among education, philanthropy, and the public humanities. Her work has centered on strengthening organizations that foster creativity, critical inquiry, environmental stewardship, and civic engagement.
