Start your day with a group yoga class led by Andrea Lepcio '79 on the Turrets Lawn overlooking Frenchman Bay. Open to all experience levels, this welcoming outdoor practice offers an opportunity to stretch, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself, the landscape, and the COA community.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they have one, though yoga mats will also be available.
If there's rain, this yoga session will be held in Gates.
