The Bill Newlin Memorial Faculty Lecture is an annual event for members of The Champlain Society, the Northern Lights Society, and the Alumni Leadership Circle. COA trustees, current faculty, and faculty emeriti are also warmly invited.

Registration is required for both in-person and virtual attendance. Please select how you plan to attend; you may change your selection later if needed.

Attend in Person

Join us in the Davis Center for Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic (CHE 102). Directions and arrival information will be provided before the event.

Following the lecture, guests are invited to a special reception with Dr. Hien Nguyen, COA faculty, and fellow attendees. The reception will feature wine, beer, a signature cocktail, a signature non-alcoholic drink, and hors d’oeuvres—along with an opportunity to continue the conversation and engage more informally with the ideas explored during the lecture.
